Fine bubble purification device

Lift and remove dirt. It purifies the cutting fluid by effectively supplying oxygen and causing fine impurities in the liquid to rise.

●What are fine bubbles? Fine bubbles (microbubbles) are tiny bubbles with a diameter of 100μm or less (0.1mm). Fine bubbles have a negatively charged property, while organic matter, which is considered dirt, is positively charged. The cleaning effect is achieved by their mutual attraction and adsorption. ●Highly effective against dirt! Fine bubbles are negatively charged and repel each other, preventing coalescence. Therefore, they slowly rise to the water surface while maintaining a small volume over time. During the rising process, they adsorb positively charged organic matter, making it effective in lifting dirt. ●Highly effective against odors! When oil films and dirt cover the surface of coolant liquid, it eliminates contact between the coolant and the atmosphere, leading to the proliferation of anaerobic bacteria. This is the cause of odors. By using a fine bubble purification device, the supply of oxygen activates aerobic bacteria, which helps suppress odors!
